General

1. All rates are subject to Government's Tax of 16.5 %.

2. RATES ARE CALCULATED AT THE DAILY RATE
    EXCHANGE buying rate to the Jamaican Dollar

3. Unlimited Mileage.

4. All major credit cards accepted.

5. Renter must produce a valid Drivers license no less
   than 3 years old.

6. The Company reserves the right to substitute
    comparable vehicle when specified vehicle is not
    available.

7. Renters must be between the ages of 21 and 70.
    However the company may use its discretion.

8. The cost of gasoline is for the renters Account.

9. All rentals and deductible waiver fees are payable
    in full on delivery of the vehicle.

10. All Rates and Conditions are subject to change
     without notice.

Insurance

1. All vehicles are covered by THIRD PARTY INSURANCE

2. At the discretion of the company a deductible collision
   waiver fee can be purchased at the rate of US$15
   per day or US$105 per week.However the following
   conditions apply:

a. Rental and deductible waiver fees are payable in full on delivery of
   the vehicle.

b.Deductible waiver fees are Not refundable.

c.Deductible Deposits are refundable if Rentals are concluded without
   any Damage, loss or claims whatsoever.
